The course is for business owners and their employees, not web technologists. Web-based design approaches backed by solid research are demonstrated; participants will tailor these approaches to their industries and customers.
The course is 4 weeks long and requires about 2 hours/week of effort including a 30-minute live online interactive session and 90 minutes of reading, discussions, and exercises. Certificates will be awarded for successful completion. The course uses the popular Canvas learning management system. The live sessions will be use a web conferencing system.
