FieldDay Solutions Safety Industry Benchmark Study

FieldDay Solutions has conducted a semi-anonymous benchmark study to help safety equipment companies understand how their service and support practices compare with other similar safety equipment companies.  These companies could be selling, distributing, and supporting safety equipment.

The benchmark study included:

Part 1 - public information from 30 vendors focused on the types of products they rent/sell, what manufacturers they represent, what services they provide, and their web-based support

Part 2 - analysis and recommendations

This benchmark study allow the companies in the study to:

  • learn the best practices among companies for supporting their customers
  • know which services are revenue-producers
  • understand how the companies’ practices differ from others in the industry

Many other organizations including manufacturers and customers can benefit from the study.

In a semi-anonymous study, the identity of the companies is known to all participants. However, correlation of data with specific companies is not made.
